Hello lovely fashionistas and stylish guys ;)
I am a 30 something year old fashion lover from Ottawa Canada, this blog is my dream and I have decided to pursue it with all my heart. I am a mother to two beautiful, funny, crazy girls; Audrey and Abigail. Taking care of them is by far the best job in the world!
When I'm not up to my ears in laundry or scraping food off the floor, I enjoy writing, styling outfits, online shopping and watching fashion videos on You Tube. I also enjoy reading, softball, snowboarding, running and yoga.
My favourite fashion houses are Marc Jacobs, Victoria Beckham, The Row, Louise Goldin, L'Wren Scott (RIP), Josie Natori, Jason Wu, Joseph Altuzarra, Proenza Schouler and the list goes on and on. If I could have one item for my closet and money was no object I would now say the very best fitting pair of skinny jeans that exist.
My style is pretty mainstream but I like to experiment with mixing different colors, patterns and styles to create a look that's all my own. I follow trends just like most people but I am starting to discover that classic quality pieces also have a place in my closet and that less clothing (capsule wardrobe if you will) might be a better way to go in the future. I am now on a quest to find the coolest independent brands from all over the world to make my closet as diversified as possible.
